Dress Code

• Dress for dance is very important!   Children need to wear something they can move in! NO jeans, or school clothes will be allowed while dancing. A leotard and skirt or jazz pants is strongly encouraged.
• Shoe requirement for the recital will be black tap or jazz shoes and pink ballet shoes.
• We will not allow Wal-Mart of Shopko ballet slippers.  The one's that look like actual slippers make it very easy to fall and are bad for your child's feet.  If they look like isotoner slippers, they will not be allowed.  MantyDance can also help you order shoes.
• Hair must be pulled back and out of the face.

• With cold and flu season coming we strongly urge anyone who is sick, or starting to get sick to stay home and come take a make up class.  Classes can be made up by coming to another class or if absolutely necessary, a private lesson.  We ask this so that our instructor's and other students don't also get sick.

• Cancellations will be  aired on WOMT, WIXX, WQTC, as well as on our website, and our answering machine.
• Cancellations will be posted no earlier than 2:00 PM, and no later than 4:00 PM.

Attendance

• Attendance is very important, especially more towards the recital date! If you are going to miss a class, there is always opportunity to make it up! Just let your teacher know!
• There are no prorated amounts for missed classes and tuition is nonrefundable.  However, there is a way to make a class up!
